How do I book?

Open the app, set pickup and drop-off, confirm. A driver will be on the way in minutes.

How is the price calculated?

Your price has three parts: distance (per km), a booking fee, and actual loading or waiting time. You'll see an estimate before confirming.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash after the job is done. No upfront payment, no credit card required.

What if I need help loading?

Yes — our drivers can help load and unload on-site for an additional fee. You choose this option when booking.

Can I track my driver?

Yes. Once booked, you'll see your driver's live location and ETA in the app.

Can I cancel my booking?
